    Hallo,

    Ich habe mir ein Formular „Kontakt“ erstellt, das ich für eingehende Telefonate nutzen möchte und diese per Email an meine Kollegen intern im Büro weiterleiten möchte.

    Trotz entsprechender schulungsvideos bin ich noch nicht richtig weiter gekommen.

    Könnt ihr mir ein paar Tipps geben.
