How to Allow Multiple Users on one Jotform Account

    Liebes Jotform Team,

    Meine Hochschule würde gerne Jotform für unser Projekt nutzen. Bei den Preisen steht immer jeweils, abgesehen von Enterprise, dass nur 1 Nutzer je Team einen Zugriff haben wird. Heißt das nun, dass aus unserem Projektteam dann nur eine Person auf die Daten etc. zugreifen kann?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes. I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
