Some form fields are not showing in preview mode

können Sie mir bitte schreiben, warum ich Formularelemente plötzlich nicht mehr in der Vorschau sehe. Habe ich ein Accountlimit erreicht oder liegt es an meinen Einstellungen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. After checking your form, it's split into 2 pages. So when you are in preview mode, you'll see the first page followed by the second page. Also, the hidden fields will not be visible in live/preview mode.

Aside from that, you added a show/hide condition based on user answer. This will show and hide fields depending on the rules added to the condition.

Also, seems that the form is not yet complete. I noticed that there's a back button on the bottom part of page 2 and a missing submit button.
