- Send WhatsApp messages to phone numbers submitted through your form
- Send every message to a fixed phone number, such as a sales or support contact
- Select approved templates from your connected WhatsApp Business account
- Personalize template variables with form submission data
Authenticate your Meta account, select the WhatsApp Business account you want to use, and configure the recipient, country code, message template, and field mappings. You can send messages to a number entered by each form submitter or use a fixed number for every submission. Only approved templates available in your connected WhatsApp Business account can be used.
Once configured, the integration automatically sends personalized WhatsApp messages whenever a form is submitted, reducing manual work and helping your team communicate faster. No coding is required, and form fields can be mapped directly to the variables in your selected template.
