Hallo! Ich hätte gerne, dass die Rechnungen von jotform monatlich direkt an buchhaltung@expoya.com geschickt werden. Ist das möglich?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send the monthly invoice to a different email address. Please note that Billing emails are only sent to the email address associated with the account, so it's not possible to send notices to another email address other than that one. If you want to change the billing email address, you may change the registered email address in the account settings, and the same will be used for billing. Let me show you how:
- Hover over your avatar at the top right corner of the website.
- Click on your name.
- You’ll see your registered email address at the bottom of the Profile Page, click Edit.
- Add the new email address and click the Save button.
If the Require verification to change email option is enabled in your Privacy Settings, you will get an email message to verify the email address change request.
Finally, you will get an email message to verify the new email address of the account.
