Formularantworten nach Speicherung auf EU-Servern komplett gelöscht

Wir haben heute in den Daten-Einstellungen auf die Speicherung auf EU-Servern umgestellt. Leider sind nun sämtliche Formularantworten weg bzw. die Antworten sind allesamt leer. Wie können wir die Daten zurückerhalten?

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with this. I understand that you upgraded to Storage, and your submissions are now missing. I checked your form and was able to see that your submissions have missing fields. To clarify, can you confirm if you moved your data between our servers: US to EU, if you've changed your username, and if you transferred the forms from another account so we may have a better idea of the issue?

As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

we moved our data today from the US to the EU servers.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your forms' Tables and I could replicate the issue, the form submissions are empty.

I've created a ticket and escalated it to our Developer's team. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll update you here on this thread.
