Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

Now, as for your question, if you mean to cancel your Bronze plan, then you can downgrade to Starter plan from your account's billing page. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

Once you downgrade, your account will remain in Bronze for the period you paid for. You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.
