    Ich habe eine Dankeseite bearbeitet, sodass der User ein pdf mit seinen Daten herunterladen kann.

    Leider blobbt die Seite nur sehr kurz auf, sodass keine Zeit bleibt den Button zu aktivieren. Was kann ich tun?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I've cleared your form cache on our server to refresh our forms. Please try to clear your browser cache and test your form again. If the same thing happens again, can you please provide us with a screen recording of what is happening and send it to us? You can use Loom or Vidyard or upload it to any file hosting service like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. Also, please make the file accessible to anyone with the link.
