Account: I want to change payment method

    Sehr geehrtes Jotform team,

    da wieder die Jahresgebühr für Jotform fällig ist, möchte ich gern als Zahlungsmethode die neue Kreditkarte hinterlegen, leider wird diese leider nicht eingespielt. Ich weiß leider nicht warum. Im Grunde sehe ich immer nur das "Ladefenster" was nie zum Ergebnis führt.
    Können sie mir bitte einen Tipp geben wie ich die Kreditkarte hinterlegen kann? Ideal wäre tatsächlich wenn wir den Status auf "Zahlung per Rechnung" ändern könnten. Wäre das auch eine Option?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question.  Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, do you want to change your payment method? To switch subscription payment methods, you will need to downgrade your account to Free and then upgrade using a credit card as a payment method.

    englisch is fine for me :)

    You are right. I would like to delete the old credit card and add the new one (our company credit cards have an availability of 1 year). To add the new one is not possible as you can see in the screenshot. How could we forward? Should I send you the correct data per screenshot so that you can try to add the information?

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for getting back to us. May I verify if you already downgraded and tried to change the payment method, but it's still showing a loading window? If so, can you please try to do again using a different browser, like incognito.

    That was the solution :) I don't know why I didn't come up with the idea myself.


    Then I have another question. Due to german tax rule I need a correct invoice of the payment with Tax and also the adresse.

    Is the invoice that I found in the part of payment/invoice the final one or do we receive another invoice.
