Can't find my form or form submissions?

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    am 25.03.2024 habe ich ein Formular erstellt, damit unsere Mitarbeiter sich für ein Event anmelden können. Gestern konnte ich noch eine Anmeldung sehen, aber heute finde ich leider nichts, obwohl sich einige weitere Personen angemeldet haben. Ich bekomme per E-Mail auch keine Benachrichtigungen. Woran kann das liegen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your Jotform account and found no active forms. Were you able to get the URL to your form so that we could see which account it was created for? Alternatively, do you have any email addresses that you believe were created for a Jotform account, if so can you share that on this thread as well?

    As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thank you so much for your response!

    Here is the link to our form Formular (jotform.com) . I used my work E-Mail: jakubovics@rovita.de

    Yesterday, I wanted to check and registered myself using a different email, margarita.jakubovics@gmail.com, and I was able to see that registration under responses.

    And what can I do now?

    Hello Margarita,

    Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. As I checked, the form you created is under a guest account. Please note that we only offer a one-time login for guest accounts. 

    Since you already created an account under the email ja**bo**cs@ro**ta.de, the only option we have to retrieve the template of the form is to clone it. Let me show you how it's done:

    1. First, copy the form URL.

    2. Open My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

    3. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    4. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    5. Then paste the Form URL of my colleague to the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

    We also have a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL that you can check out. If you still want to retrieve the form and its submissions, try creating an account using the same device you used to create the form and see if they can be retrieved, but please note that I cannot guarantee that this will be successful especially if you already cleared your browser's cache.
