How to enable cookie banner?

Habe ich das richtig gelesen, dass Jotform immer cookies setzt?

Gemäß deutscher Gesetzeslage muss mein Formular in diesem Fall zuerst mit einem Cookie-Banner die Zustimmung des Nutzers einholen. Wo kann ich diese Option ggf. aktivieren?
