    Hallo, um das Dateispeicher Limit nicht zu erreichen haben wir Antworten und Formulare exportiert und dann gelöscht. Der Speicher wird aber immer noch als voll angezeigt. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you referring to Upload Space not being increased after deleting submissions. I've checked your account and I can see that you have currently used 80.64 MB out of the limit of 100 MB. Please note, that if you need to increase the Upload Space you will need to Purge the submission after deleting them. If the submissions are still in trashed entries, they still take up the upload space. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In the Submission Tables click on the 3 verticle dots on the tab.
    2. Select Trashed Entries in the drop-down down.
    3. Check the box next to select all.
    4. Click on Delete Forever and then click on Delete in the pop-up.

    Can you please try to purge the deleted submission and then try it again and see if that increases your upload space?
