    Hallo, können sie bitte meinen Account Zugang wieder öffnen und das Formular wiederherstellen.
    Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie den account suspendiert haben, weil ich mich von verschiedenen Orten heute eingeloggt habe. Ich habe mich von meinem privaten und Arbeitslaptop eingeloggt. Oder gibt es einen anderen Grund?

    Das es ist nicht möglich ist, die Formulare zu bearbeiten, wenn man remote arbeitet und viel unterwegs ist, finde ich kein gutes Argument ihren Service zu nutzen.

    Ich hoffe Sie können mir schnell helfen eine Lösung zu finden, und das Problem zu beheben.
    Ich muss das Formular noch heute Abend veröffentlichen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Your account was suspended because your form#240983804185059 was caught collecting login details. Collection of these data (Password, Security Q&A and Phrases, PIN code) are not allowed on our service. We'll need to remove the form from your account to reactivate it. Let us know if that ok with you so we can delete the form and reactivate your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    thank you for your reply and your explanation.
    It is not true that my form was intended to collect this kind of data. It is a form to be used by artists, to send their application for a theatrefestival contribution, the form was still in the making and not active yet. So I am confused how the form was already collecting data, as you claim, or which parts of the form were collecting this data, should have been intended to so. If what you say, was really the case - that an inactive form could collect data, I am worried, that there is a security problem with your service.
    Since I was supposed to launch the form today, I need the form urgently to continue my work. If you delete the form two days of work will be lost, and it will not make any sense for me to continue using your platform as I will need to redo all of that work, without having the assurance that you won't just arbitrary delete my work again.

    I hope you can help me with this.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Your form was suspended because you were collecting passwords in one of your form fields. I've deleted the offending field, so try to log in again and check if you'll still see any error message.
