Send an Email Based on a User's Answer

Now, let me help you with your question. You can do this by adding a conditional logic to your form. here's how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left, click on Conditions.
• Click on Add Condition and select Change Email Recipient.

Set the conditions like you see below:

Please note that if other communication is selected, this Autoresponder will not be sent since it's tied to a condition. If you want to send a separate Autoresponder to other communication, you can create a separate Autoresponder email.
