Beim Formular duplizieren ist CSS / Design kaputt gegangen

    Guten Tag,

    Hi germandesigncouncil,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Can you confirm if this is the form 241061896097363 in question? I just checked and it's currently using a Card Form layout, which does not support Custom CSS code, so CSS getting broke, is very unlikely, since it doesn't support it in the first place.

If you can provide more details about the issue, particularly with the CSS and design, and provide us the form having the issue, then we can further check what's going on.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hey Lorenz,

    thank you for your reply!

    Yes, correct! I copied 240214062056039 to 241061896097363.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn't use custom CSS. I just used the design settings from JotForm. After the copying process, both forms lost the design settings, and I can no longer activate any other design settings. As you can see, the forms are blank white with some kind of "Times New Roman" font.

    Best

    Hi germandesigncouncil,

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the forms you shared, but it doesn't seem like how you described it. The form has background colors and the font-text is not using Times New Roman. Check this out:

Can you take a screenshot of how it looks on your end? You can follow this guide on How to Post a Screenshot on our Support Forum. Also, could you check with another browser and see if that'll make any difference?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hey Lorenz,

that's weird! My colleague and I tried both forms in different browsers this morning and it looked like this:

Now I tried it out in Chrome and everything works fine. Maybe I need to restart my browsers or delete the cache. Thank you for your help!
