Hallo. Ich möchte gerne ein Formular erstellen als Anmeldung für einen Online-Termin.

Es soll dort mehrere mögliche Termine zur Auswahl geben (5. Mai, 6. Mai etc.), allerdings mit maximal 30 freien Plätzen pro Termin auf "first come first served" Basis. Wie kann ich daher die maximale Anzahl an Antworten je Termin auf 30 Anmeldungen begrenzen und bei Erreichen bspw. ausblenden?

Ich finde in den Einstellungen / Formularstatus nur die Möglichkeit nach Anzahl Anworten insgesamt das Formular zu deaktivieren.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to add some dates with limited spots, you can do it by using our Gift Registry or Quantity Gift Registry widget. Adding them to the form is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the + Add Form Elements button in the top left side of the screen.
2. In the column on the left, click on the Widget tab then search for Gift Registry or Quantity Gift Registry, and add it to the form.
3. Next, in the Widget Setting panel on the right of the screen, under Items, enter the date that you want to display and then add the value 30 between curly brackets

You can also add the Appointment element to the form and set the limit of 30 sits. Doing that is also easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the + Add Form Elements button in the top left side of the screen.
2. In the column on the left, under the Basic tab, search for the Appointment element, then add it to the form.
3. Next, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the element to open the Appointment Properties panel.
4. Configure it as you prefer, then click on the Limits tab and set the Start date and the End date.
5. Finally, click on the Advanced tab and select the Group Appointment Type, then set the value 30 under Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot.
