Oder bekommen wir das Geld zurück wenn wir jetzt kündigen?

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked out your current subscription plan. Your Non-Profit Legacy Silver yearly plan was renewed on February 27th, 2024. Unfortunately, Jotform has only a 30-day money-back guarantee period, which has passed. Here is a link to Jotform's terms of use, where you can find Section 5D for the refund policy.

So, if you cancel your plan, you won't get a refund, but your account will be scheduled to be downgraded at the end of your billing period, which is February 27th, 2025. That means you will still be able to use your account with the Silver Plan feature until February 27th, 2025.

Since you have paid by using PayPal, you will need to cancel it by logging into your PayPal account, and then your automatic renewal will be cancelled. Here is a helpful guide you should go through it. Let me walk you through the steps:

1. Log into your PayPal account. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select payments from the top blue navigation bar.
3. Choose Manage automatic payments.
