Email an ausfüllenden mit weitern Infos

ist es möglich wenn ein Teilnehmer das Formular ausgefüllt hat und dieses bei uns eingeht, eine Email mit weiteren Informationen und einem Skript zu senden?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, do you want to send the email automatically? If yes, you can set this up in the Autoresponder email. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
