Now, coming back to your question. The folder 'Shared with me' in your form list page is related to the forms shared with you as a collaborator, so that you are able to see all the data or submissions made to it. This means that the form owner shared his form and all of their submissions' data with you as a collaborator. Your access can be added as a read-only user or as a collaborator. Collaborator means that you are able to make changes to the form or the submissions made to it.

Let me show you how to share a form with collaborators, it's easy.

1. Open you form in Form Builder and, at the top right of the page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. Click on Copy Link.

Then, you can send this link to your collaborators by email to invite them to collaborate with you for this form. The link is available for 72 hours only to allow the collaborators to accept the invitation. If needed, you can repeat the steps above to send a new link to the collaborators.
