Thanks for your patience. I understand that you would want the ability to scan a barcode using Jotform and to use the barcode on the form. You can use the Barcode Scanner widget to scan barcodes and add the barcode in the form using the Image element. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
2. Click on Widgets.
3. Add Barcode Scanner element to your form.
   
   

And if you would want to upload a barcode you can use the Image element. Here’s how to do it:

1. On Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
2. Add Image element to your form.
3. Select the Image field, click on the Gear icon.
4. Click on Choose A File, then upload your barcode to the form.
