Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to have your users access and submit your form without having to create a Jotform account? If so, yes, this is possible. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish from the top bar menu.
2. Then, click the hyperlinked text Settings and set the form to Public.
3. Finally, click on the Copy Link and send it to your form users.
4. Keep in mind that using the Invite Via Email option will require your user to create a Jotform account.
