error message on form even after all fields have been filled out

    Liebes Jotform-Team,

    aktuell können keinerlei Formulare in unserer Jotform proSicherheit-App abgesendet werden. Es kommt zu Fehlermeldungen, obwohl alle Pflichtfelder ausgefüllt worden sind.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked our system but couldn't find any account associated with your email address. Can you share with us the link to the related app and form so we can check it out and see what's going on further? Also, if you can share with us a screenshot of the error showing when a submission is made to the form, that'll help us understand what's going on and help you better.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
