    Guten Morgen,

    wir haben das Problem wenn wir die Formulare OFFLINE verfügbar machen wollen, dass die Endgeräte immer abstürzen. Also das ganze passiert egal auf welchem Gerät man es versucht.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, could you check your Joform mobile app version? If it's not updated, could you update your Jotform mobile app to fix some issues and improve performance?

    But if the issue persists, can you try turning off and on your mobile device? Could you share with us the mobile device brand, year, model, and version?
