Receiving an email about multiple logins of the account

    Liebes Jotform-Team,

    seit sicherlich 10 Jahren erstelle ich für meine Kunden Formulare mit Jotform Accounts (sicherlich über 100 Formulare) und übergebe sie ihnen dann. Noch nie habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten mit dem Inhalt "Our security system detected logins of .............. account from different devices/locations in a short time interval. Please note that ....".

    Muss ich mir jetzt einen anderen Anbieter suchen? Meine Kunde, der die Mail parallel erhalten hat, ist verunsichert und ich ehrlich gesagt auch. Nur weil ich als Agentur für meine Kunden einen Account erstelle, ist das wohl noch kein Multi-User-Account.

    Bitte teilt mir mit, wie ihr damit in Zukunft umgehen wollt. Solche Drohgebärden per Mail sind in jedem Fall völlig unangemessen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, may I ask if you have shared your account credentials with other users and they are logging into the account as well? Please note that this is against Jotform's Terms of Use. Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes. If this message appears again and you have not shared the account with others, let us know so we can check the account further.
