How to customize approval emails?

    Hallo Jotform Support,


    wir möchten einen Genehmigungsprozess erstellen und wollen, je nach Bedingung (genehmigt/nicht genehmigt) jeweils eine Separate mail an den Antragsteller Versendern um das Ergebnis mitzuteilen.

    Wie kann die Mailadresse von dem Ersteller des Formulars ausgewählt werden?
    Es muss jeweils eine andere Mail generiert werden.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, using the Show/Hide Approval Actions options, you can customize approval outcomes in approval request emails. Here's how to do it:

    • In Approval Builder, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Approval element.
    • Then, in the Approval Properties panel on the right side of the page, scroll down and click on Customize Approval Request Email. After making changes to the email, click on Save. That's it.

    Hello Devemer,

    thanks for your massage.

    We still have the problem. Maybe you can tell us how to proceed.

    On the screenshot you can see what we need. 

    The problem is that the Awnser of the authorization is automatically sent to the sender. In both cases, but with different awnsers.

    The idea is if you want to book a trial, we have limited slots.

    We have to check this for each request individually. 


    PS: Is it possible to summarize all requests in one list?

    That would be a big plus for us.
