Wo werden Dateien Uploads gespeichert

Guten Tag,

wir suchen derzeit nach einer Lösung wie wir sensible Kundendaten ( Rezeptpflichtige Medikamente ) per Dateiupload speichern können.

Wir würden gerne ein Formular einfügen auf unsere Seite wo Kunden ein Bild Ihres Rezepts hochladen können. Das darf aber nicht auf einer Email eingehen aus Datenschutzgründen. DAs muss in einer sicheren Umgebung sein wo nur wir drauf Zugriff haben.

Deswegen die Frage: wo werden Dateiuploads bei Jotform gespeichert. In einem passwortgeschützen ADMIN Bereich ?

Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that the submissions and forms are sent securely using 256-bit high-grade encryption in all plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Additionally, you can use https://www.jotform.com to log into the Jotform website and download your submission reports through a secure connection. 

We offer extremely high security for all servers used by our hosting provider to store data. In SSAE16 audited facilities, we have a very potent cloud of servers that offers security defense against harmful attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks. 

But if you need an extra layer of protection, you can also enable our Encrypted Forms features. This further safeguards sensitive information in your forms.
