Einstellungen nicht aufrufbar

    Hallo Jotform Team,


    ich kann unsere Accounteinstellungen nicht sehen. Siehe Screenshot. Stattdessen sehe ich nur den Footer der Seite.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your My Account's page. We are aware of the issue and our developers are already working on a fix. We'll circle back to this thread as soon as we have updates to share.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard back from our Relevant Team. They've solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
