How to disable unique field option?

Now, coming back to your question. You have only permitted one response to your form, the reason you are getting this error message is because your unique field option is enabled on your form. You can disable it easily, let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. In the Form Settings window, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Field setting.
