Users not receiving autoresponder

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

    Ich habe gerade die Rückmeldung bekommen, dass die Damen und Herren, die sich über das Formular angemeldet haben, keine Antwort bekommen haben.

    Ich habe es nun ausprobiert das Formular so ausgefüllt, wie es jeder andere auch machen muss.

    Bei mir hat es funktioniert.

    Kann es sein, dass es bei machen, warum auch immer nicht funktioniert?

    Woran kann es liegen, dass dies nicht klappt?

    Hi Ainers,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Users not receiving autoresponder Image 1 Screenshot 30I also reviewed your email history and confirmed that autoresponders are being sent to your form fillers. We have a guide to help you learn on How to View Your Form Email Logs.

    It appears that you have an SMTP setup, could you try using one of the Jotform's default sender email? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon.
    4. Next, go to the Advanced tab.
    5. Choose noreply@formresponse.com or noreply@jotform.com in the dropdown, then click Save.
