Jotform webhook: Empty return entries

    Hallo Jotform-Team,

    Stephan Schinkel

    Hi Stephan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Can you share with us the submission IDs of the empty entries, if known? Additionally, sharing with us the link to your form and any other error logs received will help us check what's happening and help you better.

In the meantime, I've cleared your account's API limit which should help. Please try it again and see how it goes.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Raymond,

english is just fine - thanks.

    SubmissionId: 5886431549939436373

    JotformId: 240734523309352

    Public facing Url: https://pronova.zummit.com/events/woche-der-familiengesundheit-2024/23376/H4ZLX/signup

Error logs: none - since everything works - just some entries do not have data at the point of retrieving via api.

    thanks in advance

    Stephan

    Hi Stephan,

Thanks for getting back to us. Since there are no errors, could you possibly try calling the Webhook URL again and see if the fetched data are no longer empty for those specific submissions. You may also consider setting up a Send Data via webhook in your table, so you can capture data of a specific entry only. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Jotform Table, click on Add button beside the last column.

    2. After that, go to the Buttons tab.

    3. Next, select Send Data via Webhook.

    4. Then, enter the name of the column.

    5. Lastly, complete the integration by adding the Webhook URL.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
