When can I downgrade my subcription to Starter plan?

One question about changing the subscription plan from bronze to free.

Our next invoice will not be due until March 2025. How many months in advance do we have to change the subscription plan?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you don't want your Bronze yearly subscription to renew on your next payment date, you should cancel it before March 22nd, 2024. Let me show you how to cancel your paid subscription:

1. Log in to your Jotform account, and go to Billing.

2. On the Billing page, click on Change Plan.

3. Select the Starter (Free) plan, and follow the instructions on your screen.
