Hallo liebes Team,

ich nutze jotform schon länger und bin sehr zufrieden. Momentan wird mir angezeigt, dass mein datenlimit erreicht ist. Ich habe sonst kaum Limits des kostenlosen Abos erreicht und frage mich ob irgendetwas im Hintergrund gespeichert wird, das ich löschen kann oder ob das Datenlimit nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von eingegangenen ausgefüllten Formularen automatisch erreicht ist.

Now, let me help you with your question. I have manually recalculated your limits and everything should be fine now. Please log out and log in from your account and verify from your end if everything works.

To clear your Upload Space, it is necessary to delete submissions with file uploads. If these submissions have been removed from the Jotform Table, please ensure their deletion from the Trashed entries as well. Let me show you how: 

Before proceeding with the steps, please download the submissions, as it will be permanently deleted.

1. In Jotform Tables, check the submissions you want to delete.
2. Click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click on the Three-dots located on the tab in the upper left of the screen, and then click on the Trashed entries.
4. Click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, and then click on Delete. 

That's it, your submissions are permanently deleted.
