Zahlungsmethode ändern

Guten Tag

Ich muss die Zahlungsmethode ändern. Leider kann ich nicht mehr zugreifen. Können Sie diese löschen damit ich eine neue Zahlungsmethode erfassen kann?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Are you referring to the payment method on your account that is used to pay for your Jotform subscription? If so, you can remove PayPal and update your subscription with your credit card easily. Check out the steps below to see how it's done:

• Go to the Pricing page.
• Click on your current plan.

• In the pop-up window, under the Choose Your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card.
• Click on Continue and you’re done.
