502 Bad Gateway Meldung

Hallo Jotform Team,

ich erhalte für das Formular Fitalstudio beim Senden (sowohl im neuen Tab (Anmeldeformular Kurse Fitalstudio Schallstadt (jotform.com)), als auch als IFRAME (Anmeldung - Fitalstudio Schallstadt)) die Fehlermeldung 502 Bad Gateway nginx.

Haben Sie eine Lösung? Wo liegt das Problem?
