Formular unter eigener URL einbetten

Hallo, Guten Tag,

Ich habe eine Landingpage:

https://www.retreatlocations.com/

Von dort aus kommt man auf ein Jotform Formular, wenn man auf den Button

"Ja, wir sind dabei" klickt.

Nun möchte ich gern, daß in der URL nicht https://form.jotform.com/RetreatLocations/partner

steht sondern, dass Formular unter: https://www.retreatlocations.com/partner-formular

läuft.

Wie kann das gemacht werden?

As far as I can understand, if you'd like to embed your form into your own website, instead of using the form link, you can embed your form using the iframe method.
