Formular kann nicht gesendet werden

mein Formular kann leider nicht abgesendet werden.

Es wird auch kein Problem angezeigt. Was kann ich tun?

I was unable to replicate any problem on the cloned version of your form.

Can you please let us know are there any errors shown on the form? Does the submit button changes when you click it? Would you mind if we make a test submission directly on your form? Have you embedded your form into a website? If you did, please let us know the URL of the page with the form.
