Is it possible to add a lightbox with increased image size onclick on custom field frames?

I would like to implement the possibility for the user to click on an image of a custom field frame to increase the image size to have a better view of the image content. Is this possible in any way? Maybe with extra CSS?

It would be possible using your form source code and apply the lightbox code rel="lightbox[products]" on the image anchor tag.
