Account Data Storage: How to Delete and Free Up Space in Free Version

Where can I delete my data storage? We use the free version of Jotform and now our data storage is full. We delete cache and table from our forms. What we else can we do?

To free up your data storage in the free version of Jotform, you can delete and purge your form submissions in Jotform Tables. Deleting submissions moves them to Trash, but they still occupy space until permanently purged. Here’s what you can do:

1. In Jotform Tables, select the submissions you want to delete and click Delete, then Move to Trash.
2. Go to the Trashed Entries section by clicking the Three Dots icon next to your form title in Tables.
3. Select the trashed submissions and choose Delete Forever to permanently remove them and free up space.

Make sure to download any submissions you want to keep before deleting. Also, after purging, clear your form cache to ensure your account space updates correctly.
