Zertifikat abgelaufen

    das Zertifikat ist gestern abgelaufen und wir haben keinen Zugriff mehr auf unser Jotform Enterprise customer.

    Unser Infrastruktur Provider hat das neue Zertifikat gestern nachmittag schon bei uns eingespielt. Im Jotform wollten wir dieses gestern abend um 17:00 Uhr einspielen was dann aber nicht mehr möglich war da wir keinen Zugriff mehr hatten.

    Gibt es einen Support welcher uns hier helfen kann das neue Zertifikat zu hinterlegen? Wir benötigen dringend Enterprise customer Support. Wir sind zahlender Kunde.

    Hi Nina,

    Thanks for your patience. I've temporarily disabled SSO on your server, so you should now be able to log in using your username and password. Once you're logged in, you can update your SSL certificate.

    Give it a try, and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Michel from your company has also reached out for updating this certificate. Were you able to update it since I can see that SSO has been enabled now on your server?
