Asana Integration: Combining Multiple Jotform Fields in Task Name and Using Same Field Multiple Times

Additionally, I have two questions regarding the Asana integration:
Is it possible to combine multiple Jotform fields in the Asana task name? For example, I would like the task name to display: Project Number – Client Name – Unique ID. Is there a workaround to achieve this?
Can the same Jotform field be used multiple times in Asana? For example, I would like to map "Project Number" to both the Asana task name and a custom Asana field called "Project Number."

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you'd like to combine multiple form elements and show them in one field, this is possible through the Update/Calculate Field condition. Let me show you a simple demo:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side.
2. Under the Form Elements, below the Basic tab, add a Short Text element for the Product Name, a Full Name element for the Client Name.
3. Then, go to the Widgets tab, then look for the Unique ID widget.
4. Then another Short Text element to show the combined fields.
   
   

We'll now create a condition to combine the fields.

1. In the orange navigation bar on top, go to the Settings tab.
2. Now, select the Conditions on the left menu and click on the Add Condition button on top.
3. Then select the Update/Calculate Field condition and create the one shown below:
