Trial Account: Request to Increase Signed Document Limit

One more thing: While testing, I hit the maximum number of signed documents without realizing there was a limit. Could you please increase the signed document usage for my trial?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your limits, and you have currently used 6 out of 10 signatures. To increase the limit, you can upgrade your account or wait for the next reset period. For your account, that's the 6th of April.

Also, keep in mind that the sign limit will be used on your forms only if you have enabled Sign automation. You can easily disable this from Form Builder, where you have a signature field. Let me show you how:

1. While in the Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange bar.
2. From the left menu, choose Jotform sign.
3. Disable Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

You'll be able to test out your form with signature fields without using the sign limit. When your form is ready to go live, you can simply enable this.
