    Hallo ich komme nicht mehr in meinen Account ich habe bereits auf Passwort zurücksetzten gedrückt aber die mail kommt nicht an. Was kann ich tun?

    I checked your email logs and found that the password reset email was successfully sent. Also, your email is not on the bounce list. If you're not getting Jotform password reset emails, first check your spam/junk folders and ensure you're using the correct email, then whitelist noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com, as the email might be blocked.
