lechnernadine1Here’s the situation:
The client sends an email from the inbox to the patient regarding their request. The patient may then reply with a follow-up question. Since the Jotform inbox is not a “real” inbox, I assume patients cannot reply directly to something like “noreply@jotform.com”. So I would probably need to use a separate email address for replies.
The problem is that, in this case, we would lose the connection to the information from the original submission/table within the communication thread. That would make it more complicated for the coworkers to understand which request the patient’s reply belongs to.
Is there any way to receive the patient’s replies inside the Jotform inbox as well?
Since the form is encrypted, I also understand that I cannot simply include the form details in the email itself.

Bojan Support Team LeadHi Nadine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
At the moment, the only solution would be to manually add comments to Jotform Inbox, or to offer your users a submission edit link, from where they can modify their submission.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
