New invoicing address for Aventuras UG

Going forward, please send all invoices to:

This applies to all new invoices as well as any reminders or credit notes. Our billing address remains unchanged:

We cannot directly change the billing or invoicing email address for your Jotform subscription from this thread, but you can update the billing information that appears on your Jotform invoices from your account, and you can also change where your form-related notification emails are sent.

To update the billing information that appears on your Jotform subscription invoices (company name, address, VAT, etc.):

1. Go to your Account Billing page while logged in to your Jotform account.
2. In the Billing page, look for the Billing Information section and click Edit.
3. Update your company details (such as company name and billing address) as needed.
4. Enter or update your VAT identification number if applicable.
5. Click Save to apply the changes so that they are reflected on your future Jotform subscription invoices.

To change the recipient email for form submission notifications (where form-related “invoices” or notifications are sent):

1. Go to your Workspace page.
2. Find the form whose notification recipient you want to change, then hover over it and click Edit Form.
3. In Form Builder, click Settings at the top.
4. Click Emails on the left side.
5. Hover over the Notification Email and click the Pencil icon to edit it.
6. In the email editor, click the Recipients field at the top so it becomes an editable To field.
7. Remove the old email address by clicking the X next to it.
8. Enter the new recipient email address (for example, rechnung@aventuras-health.de).
9. Add any Cc or Bcc recipients if needed.
10. Click Save at the bottom-right to apply the change.

For your specific case, you can keep your company billing address as “Aventuras UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bonifazstraße 5, 50968 Köln, Germany” in the Billing Information section, and use rechnung@aventuras-health.de as the recipient in your form notification emails wherever you need incoming invoices or related messages to be sent.
