Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to create something similar with our Product List widget. Kindly take a look at a demo form I have created: https://form.jotform.com/222723459301047. If this suit what you are looking for, you can clone the demo form and test with it on your end. Please follow the steps below to clone your form:

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form. 

3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage. 

4. Paste the form link into the field and click on Create Form.

Using our Product List element, it is also possible to do Stock Control so that it will automatically count the stock for you and greyed it out when the stock is no longer available. Here is how it appears when all stock has been sold out.

If you wish to customize stock in your Product List, please follow the steps below to configure it:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to your Product List, then click on it.
2. Click on the wand icon to open properties.
3. Hover to the product you would like to edit, then click on pencil icon.
4. Click on the Stock tab.
5. Toggle Enable Stock Control to Yes.

Additionally, it is also possible to add product options such as Size, Color, etc. To enable the product option, please follow the steps below:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to your Product List, then click on it.
2. Click on the wand icon to open properties.
3. Hover to the product you would like to edit, then click on pencil icon.
4. Click on the Options tab.
5. Click the Add button beside Add a Product Option.
6. Follow the wizard to add your product options.

It is also possible to add special pricing for each product option. In this case, please enable Special Pricing Per Option.
