Login error - You have reached login attempt limit

    Hello Jotform support team,

    Every time I try to log in, I get the error 'You have reached login attempt limit' even though I am using my correct username (= email) and password. I've tried clearing browser caches, but keep getting the error message.

    Would you please be able to flush my login attempts and maybe fix this bug?

    Hello Jan,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. You might have many failed login attempts for the message “You have reached login attempt limit” to be shown. Could you please double check your login credentials and try again in 30 minutes?

    Also, you can try to change your password. Check out this guide about how to change your password. 

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
