Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German support is not available at the moment. Kindly allow us to assist you in English. It is most likely that we show uploaded images 'as is' on the submissions page and PDFs, so there is no built-in image auto-rotation option at JotForm.

Can you please provide us with the form link in question? We will check the uploads, and escalate a ticket to our Development Team to see if the auto-rotation option can be added.

Thanks for getting back to us.  As far as I know, none of our upload tools modify the orientation of the files in any way. Whatever the original orientation of the uploaded image, it will be retained once it's submitted to our server. This means that if the files uploaded by the user are not in the proper orientation, they will be retained.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
