WG Eglisee - Formular Speicherlimite erreicht?

    Guten Tag

    Wir sind als Wohngenossenschaft Eglisee bei euch im FreeAccount, die Limite beträgt 100MB. Ich habe viele Formulareingänge in der Inbox gelöscht (es heisst "in den Papierkorb verschoben"), Frage, wo kann ich den Papierkorb löschen, damit wieder Speicherplatz frei wird und das Formular wieder funktioniert?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. You can purge your submission to make space in the upload space. Purging the submissions in Trash box is really easy. Let me show you how:

    • On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
    • In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose Deleted Submission or Select All.
    • Select the Delete Forever button and click on the Delete button in the window that opens.

    Now, recalculation of the upload space may take time. So you should wait a little bit for recalculation.

    Perfect thank you very much. I deleted the trash, now it still says "limit erreicht" - i hope it will work soon (as soon something is recovered on your side) :-).
