Wie kann ich ein Formular erstellen?

Hallo,

ich benötige etwas Unterstützung bei den Bearbeitung von ein Formular. Es geht um dem Formular Aufmaß(in Bearbeitung). Ich habe viel Bedingungen benutzt, leider komme ich nicht so klar, so bald ich ein Änderung mache, wird alles durcheinander. Wie kann mann die Bedingungen am besten nutzen?? was sind die Unterschiede von jeder Bedingungen, vielleicht nutze ich nicht dass richtige?
