I asked for an upgrade with 50% reduction. But I had to pay the full prize, which I did. So how can we solve this?

I already applied for the 50% discount, but I did not recieve a message or what and I had to pay the full price. So to get back to the link for the Educational discount I already did several times. S

Thanks for patiently waiting. I heard from our billing team and they told me that an email was sent about the cancellation and refund. It should reflect to your bank within 5-7 business days. I checked your account and can confirm that you are in the Starter plan. You can check our pricing page to see the discounted price.
